Prof. Chunjie Zhou was born in 1965, now he is the Deputy Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence and Automation; Distinguished Professor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, doctoral tutor. He received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in control theory and control engineering from Huazhong University of Science & Technology, Wuhan, China, in 1988, 1991, and 2001, respectively.

Prof. Zhou has been engaged in the research of safety and security of industrial control systems,  Industrial artificial intelligence, and Networked control system and equipment for a long time. He has presided over more than 20 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, major research plans and etc, including a National major scientific instrument development project, a key project of the national natural science foundation. He is the first author and corresponding author of 40 SCI papers with 20 Proceedings of The IEEE  and IEEE Transactions, Prof. Zhou has also participated in developing a number of national standards for the safety and security of industrial control systems and has 20 national invention patents and software copyrights.
