本人长期从事细胞力学,生物力医学,干细胞力学生物学以及肿瘤力学生物学相关研究, Science Advances, Nature Communications, Nature Materials, Nature Protocols Cell Research 等杂志发表SCI论文 18 篇,引用>1200次。已申请并持有 6项抗癌药物研发专利。

本课题组主要从事力学信号调控肿瘤及胚胎干细胞命运的相关研究,主要包括:

1.用单细胞加力装置探究力学信号快速入核并选择性激活基因表达的机制;

2.模拟体内力学微环境,诱导胚胎干细胞胚层有序分化,进行再生医学研究;

3.调节肿瘤力学微环境,控制肿瘤干细胞的分化及转移。

4.基于生物力医学理念,筛选并优化抗肿瘤药物,寻找新的抗癌靶点。

5.研究肿瘤干细胞逃逸免疫细胞杀伤的机制,探究新的肿瘤免疫治疗策略。
