研究方向:

钙钛矿太阳能电池,主要开展大面积钙钛矿多晶薄膜可控生长方法,钙钛矿多晶薄膜缺陷抑制与修复方法,界面修饰与阻隔封装策略,高效率、高稳定性大面积钙钛矿太阳能电池/模组器件构筑与多应力稳定性机制研究。

科研成果

近年来,围绕高效且稳定钙钛矿光伏材料与器件,发展了钙钛矿多晶薄膜生长方法,揭示钙钛矿成核与生长结晶调控机制,实现了大面积钙钛矿多晶薄膜可控制备;发展了钙钛矿多晶薄膜缺陷抑制与修复方法,解决了活性层体相与表界面缺陷态难以调控的问题,实现器件性能的提升;发展了全界面修饰与多元阻隔薄膜策略,抑制了材料与器件的蜕化与分解,实现了大面积模组器件效率与稳定性突破。迄今,共发表SCI论文80余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者(含共同)身份发表论文50余篇,包括Nature Energy 2篇、Nature Communications 2篇,Science Advances 1篇, Advanced Materials 2篇,Energy & Environmental Science 2篇,Advanced Energy Materials 4篇,Advanced Functional Materials 7篇,ACS Nano 1篇,Nano Energy 3篇,Nano Letters 1篇。目前,Google Scholar 引用6000余次,H指数3911篇论文入选ESI高被引论文。英文书籍章节1章。申请专利4项,已授权专利6项。
