Personal profile
李祎，18luck新利电竞 集成电路学院副院长、副教授，博士生导师。IEEE Member，中国电子学会会员，中国神经学会类脑智能分会会员。研究兴趣：主要面向后摩尔时代需求，研发忆阻器（Memristor）、阻变存储器（Resistive Random Access Memory, RRAM）等新兴半导体器件，研究其物理机制、性能调控及规模集成，开发其非易失性存储（Nonvolatile Memory）、类脑神经形态计算（Brain-Inspired Neuromorphic Computing）、存算一体化/存...
