主要从事电力电子方面的研究与教学工作。主要研究方向为正弦逆变电源，PWM整流器，电力有源滤波器及其相关数字控制技术。主持完成国家自然科学基金项目一项。主持完成1200kW电力机车牵引控制系统科研项目。主持完成300kW PWM整流器项目主持完成500kVA 无功功率补偿器项目参与完成50Hz不间断电源，400Hz逆变电源项目。
