Hope you are enjoying your winter vacation so far. The registration and return arrangements for international students in the spring semester are hereby notified as follows:
Ⅰ. REGISTRATION
1. Registration time
The registration time of 2022 spring semester is from February 18 to March 6.
2. Registration method
Please choose one of the following ways to complete your registration:
(1) Through PC: log in to "Student Register and Personal Information Management System" (http://register.hust.edu.cn)
(2) Through WeChat App HUST Enterprise Account: HUST Micro Campus - Application Center - Semester Registration
(3) Through Administrative Service Center: go to the "Campus Card and Semester Registration Self-service Terminal" in the self-service area
3. Notes
(1) All students should register within the prescribed time to obtain the qualifications for the new semester.
(2) Students who cannot register as scheduled due to special reasons should apply to the department for deferment of registration within the prescribed registration time. The department shall strictly review the application. Students should register before the extension deadline.
(3) Students who fail to register as required will be dealt in accordance with relevant regulations.
Ⅱ. RETURN TO CAMPUS
1. Date of return
According to the academic calendar, the class will start on February 21. All students can return to campus from February 18 to 20. In principle, students should not return to campus in advance. Graduate students with important research tasks can return in advance after the approval of the school, but no earlier than February 12. Medical students who need to complete clinical practices and experiments can return in advance after the approval of the school.
2. Requirements for return to campus
(1) Students who do not leave Hubei Province during the winter vacation can return and access to campus with the green health code and travel code.
(2) Students who come from or have lived in a medium-risk or high-risk area in China within 14 days are temporarily not allowed to return to campus. The students can apply for return after the area is designated as low risk.
(3) Students return from areas outside of Hubei province, regardless of whether there is local outbreak, should provide proof of a negative nucleic acid test result taken 48 hours prior to returning to Wuhan. The students should take another nucleic acid test on campus within 24 hours after entering the campus. Please cooperate with the 14-day community health observation and take the nucleic acid test on the 7th and the 14th day respectively.
(4) During your trip back to campus, please practice social distance, wear masks, and maintain good hand hygiene.
3. Notes
(1) From February 18 to 20, students can take the nucleic acid test at East and West playgrounds from 8:00 to 20:00 in the main campus. In Tongji campus, students can take the test at Bi Zhu Corridor. Students can also take the test at the school hospital or university’s affiliated hospitals during working hours.
(2) If students find their body temperature is above 37.3 ℃, please self-quarantine and report to the school hospital immediately (Main campus: 87541120, Tongji campus: 8692454). The ambulance will be arranged to take the student to the hospital. If students' body temperature is still above 37.3 ℃ by the time they arrive at the school hospital, they will be transferred to the designated hospital for diagnosis.
(3) International students who are currently in China have the same return arrangement as Chinese students. International students who are still abroad will NOT return to school, please wait for further notice.

关于2022年春季学期国际学生注册和返校的通知
全体国际学生：
根据教育部和属地疫情防控有关要求，结合学校实际，现将春季学期国际学生注册和返校安排通知如下：
一、注册事宜
1.注册时间
2022年春季学期国际学生的注册时间为2月18日至3月6日。
2.注册方式
注册期间开放“学生注册及基本信息管理信息系统”（http://register.hust.edu.cn，以下简称注册系统），全校各类国际学生应在规定的注册时间内注册，以取得新学期学习资格。
国际学生可选择通过注册系统PC端，或微信端“华中大微校园——应用中心——学期注册”注册，还可通过师生服务中心自助服务区“校园卡与学期注册自助服务终端”注册。
3.注意事项
①因特殊原因不能如期注册的国际学生，应在规定的注册时间内向院系申请暂缓注册，院系对国际学生暂缓注册申请进行严格审核，国际学生应在允许延期注册截止时间之前注册。
②未按规定注册的国际学生，学校根据有关规定予以处理。
二、返校事宜
1.返校时间
国际学生2月18日至20日返校报到，2月21日正式上课。原则上不提前返校，有重大科研任务的研究生，经院系审批后可提前返校，但不得早于2月12日。医科学生因临床实习实验的特殊情况，经院系审批后可提前返校。
2.返校安排
①省内学生持健康码“绿码”和通信行程卡正常返校。
②处于国内中高风险地区以及来校途中需在中高风险地区换乘的学生暂缓返校，待该地区降为低风险地区后按相关要求返校。
③省外其它地区，无论本地是否有疫情，需持48小时核酸检测阴性证明返汉。学生进校后，24小时内须在校内完成核酸检测；按要求落实14天社区健康监测，在第7天和第14天各完成1次核酸检测，期间尽量不聚集，不出校，不乘坐公共交通工具。
④返程途中做好个人防护，处于人员密集场所、乘坐公共交通工具或与其他人近距离接触时应佩戴口罩，全程做好手卫生。
3.注意事项
①主校区于2月18日至20日，每天8:00-20:00在东操场、西操场安排集中核酸检测；其余时间返校者可于上班时间到校医院完成检测。同济校区于2月18日至20日，每天8:00-20:00在碧珠长廊安排集中核酸检测，其余时间返校者可于上班时间到职工医院或附属医院完成检测。
②校内一旦发现体温超过37.3度者，应就地隔离，做好防护，并报告校医院（主校区：87541120，同济校区：83692454），由校医院安排救护车及医务人员出诊，接至校医院发热诊室就诊，若复测体温仍超过37.3度，启动转送程序，由救护车转运至定点医院明确诊断，社区居委会和学校防控办做好联动。
③目前仍在境内的国际学生与国内中国学生返校安排一致；仍在境外的各类国际学生没有接到学校通知不得返校。
